We’re here to make accessing food simple, reliable, and stress-free.
Use the scheduling form below to choose a day and time that works best for you. Once you’ve selected your time slot, we’ll confirm your appointment and make sure everything is ready for your ride or delivery.

How Scheduling Works

  1. Choose your service: Ride to the pantry or home delivery

  2. Pick a day: Select from the available days on the calendar

  3. Select a time slot: Choose the earliest available time that fits your schedule

  4. Submit your request: We’ll send a confirmation by phone, text, or email

  5. You’re all set: We’ll arrive at your selected time—friendly, on time, and ready to help

Appointment Guidelines

  • Please schedule at least 48-72 hours in advance when possible.

  • If you need same-day help, choose “Urgent Request,” and we’ll do our best to assist.

  • If you need assistance with multiple family members, please note that in the comments.

  • If you require help carrying groceries, let us know so we can plan accordingly.

Our Operating Days

Monday & Saturday ONLY: 830am – 11:30am

Confirmation & Follow-Up

After you book your appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with:

  • Your appointment day and time

The DAY OF your appointment you will recieve a text or call 30 min from your scheduled pick up to ensure services are still needed. During this time, you will be provided with:

  • Driver or delivery info

  • Any instructions related to your pantry visit
