Schedule Your Pantry Ride or Delivery

Pantry To Go is a transportation and delivery service—we are not a food pantry. You are always welcome to visit the pantry directly.

First-time appointments must be scheduled as a pickup so you can complete your registration at the pantry. After that, we’re able to offer delivery services.

Use the scheduling form below to choose a day and time that works best for you. Once submitted, we’ll confirm your appointment and make sure everything is set for your ride or delivery.

How Scheduling Works

ALL FIRST APPOINTMENTS MUST BE SCHEDULED

AS A PICKUP OR YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED.

  1. Choose your service: Ride to the pantry or home delivery

  2. Pick a day: Select from the available days on the calendar

  3. Select a time slot: Choose the earliest available time that fits your schedule

  4. Submit your request: We’ll send a confirmation by email immediately then you will receive a call to confirm your details. If you do not answer or respond, your appointment will be canceled.

  5. You’re all set: Once confirmed we’ll arrive at your selected time—friendly, on time, and ready to help

Appointment Guidelines

  • Please schedule at least 48-72 hours in advance when possible

  • If you need assistance with multiple family members, please note that in the comments.

  • If you require help carrying groceries, let us know so we can plan accordingly.

Our Operating Days

Monday & Saturday ONLY: 830am – 11:30am

Confirmation & Follow-Up

After you book your appointment, you’ll receive a confirmation email with:

  • Your appointment day and time

  • A few days prior to your appointment you will receive a call to confirm your details. If you do not answer, your appointment will be canceled.

  • The day of we will call 30 min from your scheduled pick up to ensure services are still needed. During this time, you will be provided with; Driver or Delivery info & any instructions related to your pantry visit
